CJ Tree Service did a wonderful job clear cutting our backyard. Chris answered my questions and followed thru with a quote quickly. He called to let us know the time he would arrive. He and his employee were kind, thorough, and did amazing job cutting the brush, chipping all the branches, and cleaning up. I would highly recommend CJ Tree Service!!!

Called Chris for a tree stump grinding and he did a great job. He had it done professionally and quickly. Also he didn't mind to grind the extra roots that were extending to the grass. Great services, great guy, and would recommend.

Update: A few days after leaving this review we were contacted by CJ tree service. And about a week later we finally received the invoice we needed for American Family. They said they are working on a better system to provide information for insurance companies ahead of time.

I will do business elsewhere in the future with both CJ tree service and American Family.

I have been waiting for more than two months for a revised invoice for our tree removal to provide to our insurance company after CJ Tree service removed our trees after the May Storm in Wind Point. We paid Chris over 10,000 dollars to remove 3 trees, no stump grinding. The work was done, Chris promised after our insurance request to give a more detailed invoice. he has stopped responding to our agent and our calls. Now we are left with a denied claim. Very nice on the phone but Chris does not follow through with what he says he will do. I would not hire him again.

After reconnecting, we’ve worked closely with both you and your insurance company over the past few months to revise and update the invoices as requested in order to help with your claim.

We’ve reached out a few times recently to confirm whether everything has been resolved, but we haven’t heard back yet. We completely understand that this time of year can be busy, and there may also be delays on the insurance company’s end. Please know that we remain more than willing to continue working with you or your agent to make sure this matter is fully resolved to your satisfaction.

At CJ Tree Service, we truly value our customers and their experiences. We regret that this situation did not go as smoothly as it should have, but we appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will continue to be available to assist however we can.

I had CJ Tree Service cut back a large tree from my house and trim the hedges around my house. They were quick to respond, quote, and complete the job. Not only that, but they were a pleasure to work with during the project-communicated well, explained the processes, and very professional. I will definitely hire them again when my yard needs help.
